Job Summary
Actively approach potential investors including institutional clients, family offices, and wealthy individuals to independently build the investor network. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing investors and intermediaries while professionally representing the fund by explaining performance, strategy, and market developments. Organize and host client events, seminars, and networking meetings to increase the fund's visibility within relevant market segments. Collaborate with leadership on the annual business development and relationship management plan while identifying market trends and growth opportunities. Contribute to the professionalization of commercial and communication processes within a compact team of four members.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring in business development, sales of relatiebeheer binnen asset management, beleggen of private banking (circa 7–10 jaar)
- Passie voor beleggen
- Sterke affiniteit met (small- en midcap) 'bottum up' aandelenselectie
- In staat om inhoudelijk te sparren over performance, strategie en marktontwikkelingen
- Communicatief sterk, overtuigend en representatief — zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Commercieel gedreven, proactief en resultaatgericht
- In staat om gemakkelijk contact te leggen, netwerken op te bouwen en je prettig te voelen in externe representatieve rollen
- Nauwkeurig en professioneel werken met begrip van het belang van integriteit en transparantie in de financiële sector
- Afgeronde universitaire opleiding in economie, bedrijfskunde of een beta studie
