Business Development Manager (Asia), MedTech World

Job Summary
Lead Asian market growth by identifying and pursuing sponsorships, partnerships, and governmental engagement opportunities across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, China, and other high-growth markets in the region. Drive MedTech World Asia 2026 success through strategies to maximise participation, sponsorship, and international exposure for the flagship Asian summit. Build regional relationships with hospitals, healthcare leaders, investors, startups, service providers, and industry regulators; tailor value-driven sponsorship packages and collaboration pitches; act as the face of MedTech World in the region at key events; monitor trends in healthcare, MedTech, and digital health; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Asian partners and clients. Requires proven success in business development, sales, or partnerships within Asian markets, strong network and cultural understanding of Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific, experience in MedTech/HealthTech or related sectors (a plus), outstanding communication/negotiation/presentation skills in English (Cantonese or Mandarin a plus), ability to work independently with a global team, willingness to travel extensively, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Relocation to Malta possible with support; flexible hours and global exposure offered.
