Job Summary
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Hydronic Cooling, Process Water, HVAC, and plumbing systems while assisting engineers and contractors with product selection and system design. Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training, build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners, and support installation, commissioning, and field repairs. Develop technical specifications to promote product adoption, analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on new product development. Attend trade shows and industry committees to expand market presence across commercial, industrial, data center, EV battery, and semiconductor sectors. Requires 7+ years in technical sales with 3+ years in flow control or HVAC, up to 70% travel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical or field sales
- 3+ years of experience in flow control, HVAC, plumbing, or related industries
- Strong understanding of hydronic cooling, HVAC systems, process piping, and fluid mechanics
- Experience in technical training, specification development, and customer support
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel up to 70%
