Job Summary

Business Development Manager responsible for managing the current portfolio and developing new customers across air freight, trucking, cross-border, and warehousing. Build relationships with key and potential customers, understand service offerings to provide integrated logistics solutions, and develop customer value propositions. Drive consultative sales to differentiate market presence, follow business signals to secure opportunities, and coordinate with Customer Service, Commercial Planning, Product, and related functions to keep needs and market intelligence up to date. Research territories/verticals to identify contacts, and establish a commercial approach in response to customer needs and market conditions. Strong emphasis on negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building with decision-makers, with the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced international environment. Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Development / Field Sales / Key Account Management or similar roles in logistics and freight forwarding
