Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline for hydrovac services, targeting utility construction and infrastructure clients, negotiating proposals and contracts, collaborating with marketing to promote services, and providing technical product knowledge to customers. Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 3-5+ years in business development, 5-10+ years in commercial construction, and 3-5 years in customer relations; must be able to drive and pass background checks. Role emphasizes safety, leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination to grow revenue and market presence in hydrovac offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Business or closely related field
- Three to Five or more (3-5+) years of Business Development experience
- Five to Ten or more (5-10+) years of commercial construction experience
- Three to Five (3-5) years of customer relations experience
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License within two weeks of employment
- Background checks (criminal and MVR) and pre-employment drug screen
