Job Summary
Develop and execute sales strategies for Allsteel across Alabama and Mississippi, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in mid-to-large commercial end users. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, dealer partners, and customers; lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; analyze market movements and project opportunities (lease expirations, construction permits); participate in industry organizations and events to generate opportunities; tailor messaging using POV methodology to align with buyer models and audience. Requires consulting sales experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and a proven ability to close business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in consultative sales environment required
- Furniture or related industry (interiors) experience preferred
