Job Summary
Senior business development professional responsible for expanding AIG's health and wellness/insurance solutions across national and international segments, engaging with C-Level stakeholders and brokers, generating new business opportunities, expanding penetration across intermediated and direct channels, and organizing events, seminars, and trainings for brokers to grow the new business and strengthen relationships. Requires 10+ years in insurance, advanced English, and a proven track record in revenue generation, pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration; emphasis on client-centric value propositions and KPI discipline, with a preference for in-office presence.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated experience in A&H or related health, medical or supplemental benefits lines
- Proven track record in revenue generation, prospecting and pipeline development across multiple segments
- Cross-functional experience with marketing, pricing, underwriting, product and operations teams
- Process optimization, strong communication, proactive, prioritization
- Discipline in KPIs achievement
- Ability to translate technical product features into client-centric value propositions
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willingness to operate in a fast-paced commercial environment
- In-office collaboration emphasis
