Business Development Manager - AI/HPC

Job Summary
Business Development Manager to grow strategic partnerships with leading CPU/GPU platform providers and drive joint go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day partner engagements, devising and executing go-to-market programs to accelerate revenue, nurturing executive-level relationships, aligning technology roadmaps between Cornelis and partners, representing the company at events and industry forums, and providing internal feedback to shape product and market strategies. Required strengths include strategic relationship management, experience with enterprise infrastructure and AI/HPC ecosystems, ability to influence VP/C-level stakeholders, and a proactive, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset. Travel approximately 25% to partner sites, events, and conferences. Location is remote within the United States with proximity to Bay Area, CA or Austin, TX preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales hunting, or technology partnerships—preferably in cloud, HPC, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with complex multi-national technology companies that has resulted in significant business growth.
- Strong knowledge of HPC, AI, and data center infrastructure, including Ethernet, InfiniBand, and interconnect technologies.
- Experience engaging and influencing engineering, VP, and C-level decision-makers.
