Business Development Manager – AI & Cybersecurity (Belgium & EU Institutions)

Job Summary
Identify, research, and target new prospects across Belgian large organizations, public sector entities, European institutions, and international bodies. Build a robust prospecting pipeline through networking, direct outreach, referrals, and industry events. Qualify client business challenges, co-lead executive presentations with consultants, and drive opportunities from first contact to contract signature. Develop trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers, organize complex sales cycles, and lead commercial negotiations. Analyze target markets, define account development plans, and track performance indicators in Salesforce. Contribute to the Belgian office's growth strategy by increasing Wavestone's visibility and reputation within the European ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management within a complex B2B environment
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and generating new business
- Fluency in French and English
- Comfortable with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools

- Exposure to complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers
