Job Summary
Develop the agency distribution channel and monitor agency sales while serving as the intermediary to agency support functions; collaborate with recruitment to support cluster growth; assist in sales incentive design and the implementation of process improvements; ensure alignment with regulatory and company compliance standards; build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales initiatives such as leads campaigns, MDRT, awards, and quarterly incentives; role requires strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills and prefers CMFAS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business or related field
- CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications preferred
