Job Summary
Commercially driven Business Development Manager responsible for building and strengthening client relationships, leading pursuit strategies, and converting high-value opportunities into project wins within the Architecture practice; develop capture strategies, expand market share, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, drive revenue growth; leverage proposal development and pricing; engage senior leaders and design teams to influence decisions, negotiate outcomes, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Business, or a related field required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or design consulting industry
- Proven track record in business development, including client relationship management, pursuit leadership, and revenue growth delivery
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills, with full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients, partners, and senior leadership
