Job Summary
Business Development Manager for ACT/GOV focused on driving strategic growth in ANZ, generating high-value opportunities, and expanding Group-IB's footprint with government, enterprise, and critical infrastructure clients. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, engaging decision-makers in public sector organizations, developing IT channel partner networks, executing outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, networking) to generate qualified leads, coordinating with Sales/Marketing/Partner Management to align go-to-market strategies, delivering accurate sales forecasting, maintaining CRM records, and positioning Group-IB as a trusted cybersecurity advisor through a consultative sales approach. Requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity or related fields, deep knowledge of ANZ market dynamics and government procurement cycles, strong ability to influence at technical and executive levels, and a passion for cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- A proven track record of building business within the ACT and Australian Federal Government sector
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, technology, or systems integration
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and government procurement cycles
- Deep knowledge of indirect sales models and channel ecosystem development within ANZ
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at technical and executive levels
