Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation to closing, collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development to deliver customized solutions, monitor market trends to inform strategy, maintain accurate CRM pipelines and forecasts, and represent Accor at industry events to enhance brand visibility. Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Requires travel as needed and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles within a corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; Sales & Marketing certifications or equivalent professional qualifications highly regarded
- Adaptability and flexibility in approach with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data interpretation and business metrics
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the organization
