Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for leading new business and managing existing accounts within Italy (Genoa, Liguria). Drive market positioning through strategic planning, visit planning for clients, and development of proposals and pricing with internal teams. Build and maintain key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and forecast sales targets while collaborating across sales, technical staff, and management to align with ABS service portfolio. Demonstrates strong communication, sales leadership, and ability to work in a multicultural environment, with a focus on leveraging CRM data and capturing opportunities for marketing campaigns and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited university
- 5 or more years of experience in the industry is preferred
- Business experience in the manufacturing and/or technical service industry
- Fluent in Italian and English
