Job Summary
Lead the growth of ABB Robotics’ logistics business across parcel, e-commerce, retail fulfillment, and 3PL segments by developing go-to-market strategies, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving ROI-based business cases. Drive pipeline, support key opportunities, and align regional activities with global strategy while partnering with sales teams to convert lighthouse wins into repeatable programs. Requires a senior-level track record in logistics automation or robotics and a proven ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions; own territory strategy, key accounts, and commercial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in logistics automation and/or robotics
- Experience in international, matrix organizations
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate customer needs into solutions
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
