Job Summary
High-level customer engagement and business development role focused on driving growth of AutoChem solutions in Bioprocessing across the APAC region. Proactively develop and advance opportunities, penetrate target accounts, and grow market share in biotechnology and bioprocess industries. Collaborate with Account Managers and Technology & Application Consultants to develop account penetration strategies, support customer interactions as a subject matter expert in bioprocess applications, build technical understanding of customer processes, and align AutoChem solutions to their needs. Develop expertise in product portfolio and competitive technologies; engage with key opinion leaders, early adopters, biopharma companies, and academic institutions to drive adoption and build reference cases. Partner with Marketing and Market Development to create sales collateral, technical content, and training materials; participate in industry conferences, seminars, webinars, and AutoChem events; build user communities via seminars, InfoDays, and digital content platforms. Support existing customers to ensure success and foster long-term relationships, create opportunities, and present technical papers at industry events. Train and coach internal sales teams to improve capabilities in selling Bio applications. Conduct Application Feasibility Testing (AFT) at customer sites in collaboration with the sales team.
