Job Summary
Lead the Vietnam education market strategy for ELSA’s B2B education solutions, owning end-to-end partnerships and the sales cycle from stakeholder mapping to closing large-scale institutional contracts. Drive adoption of AI-powered language training within K-12, higher education, and language centers; collaborate with Product and Marketing to tailor offerings for Vietnamese learners and educators; manage pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence; engage senior decision-makers (Rectors, Department Heads, Academic Directors) and represent ELSA at EdTech forums. Requires 5-10 years in Business Development or Enterprise Sales, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s advantageous), and professional fluency in English and Vietnamese. Flexible work setup includes remote-first for Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and a hybrid model for Vietnam.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Education, TESOL, or MBA is a significant advantage
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Training (enterprise sales)
- Deep understanding of Vietnam education sector (Higher Ed, K-12, or Language Centers)
- Strong negotiation skills and multi-stakeholder contract discussions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese
