Job Summary
Senior Business Development Lead role in Warsaw leading revenue growth and client acquisition for Environmental Advisory & Compliance. Responsibilities include seller-doer sales across the full cycle, opportunity origination and conversion, client engagement, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure; leadership and development of a team of consultants; cross-border collaboration within Europe; budgeting and P&L oversight; and fostering high-performance, client-focused delivery. Requires a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Risk, Sustainability, or equivalent, senior advisory experience with business development and client leadership, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of environmental regulations, and fluency in English and Polish.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Risk, Sustainability, or equivalent
- Senior experience in environmental or sustainability advisory, including business development and client leadership
- Proven ability to identify and develop advisory engagements from client need to contract closure
- Experience in managing Profit & Loss responsibility is a strong advantage
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments is a plus
- Strong advisory expertise with senior-level client exposure
- Ability to identify client needs, structure solutions, and convert them into consulting engagements
- Leadership focused on delivering value and business growth
- Negotiation skills and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of local environmental regulations and compliance procedures
- Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written)
