Job Summary

Business Development & Investments role at a Software Private Equity firm focusing on B2B SaaS. Frontline architect of deal flow with responsibilities including deal origination from identifying high-potential software companies, founder outreach to articulate our operational playbook, investment thesis development in software sub-verticals (e.g., Cybersecurity, DevOps, HRTech), and rigorous pipeline management from initial touchpoint to LOI. Collaboration with investment and operations teams to move qualified leads into due diligence.
