Job Summary

Internship focusing on business development and partnerships in the senior care market. Learn partner products and value propositions, build target lists across senior-focused channels (e.g., Assisted Living, Memory Care, SNF, Rehab providers, home care agencies, DME, etc.), conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits, track activity and feedback, and help identify referral opportunities. Support creation of presentation materials and sales collateral; report market feedback to the CEO; compensation is hourly/stipend-based with potential for extension or part-time continuation. Location is in the DFW area with field-based and hybrid work. Reports to the CEO/Founder.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with professionals in person
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly
  • Self-starter with proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and provide regular progress updates
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local outreach in the DFW area
