Job Summary
As a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative at RushOrderTees, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking, as well as managing inbound leads and responding to customer inquiries. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, recommend products and services, collaborate with production and design teams, and meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. This role requires a self-motivated individual with 1-3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a customer-facing sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with high-volume outreach
