Job Summary
Drive outbound prospecting and lead generation in assigned territories; manage sales pipeline, prepare quotes, process orders, and provide client-oriented sales support; serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day customer inquiries, foster relationships with customers and vendors, coordinate with purchasing and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, and contribute to broader business development and customer-success initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, or vendor relations
- Experience managing a sales pipeline from initial outreach to close, including lead qualification, quoting, and follow-up
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and bonus points if you enjoy getting creative with your approach
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRMs, ERP systems, or customer portals is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and customer-service orientation
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities as needed
