Job Summary
Develop financial models for scaling scenarios, break-even analyses, and reporting while conducting demand analyses and user testing. Accompany the nationwide expansion of the platform and lead cooperation discussions with institutions, companies, and potentially health insurance funds. Represent mimaps at networking events such as congresses or trade fairs. This 12-month stipend runs from summer 2026 with a view to a follow-on contract, offering monthly funding of 2,500€ for graduates or 3,000€ for PhDs, with hybrid work 2–5 days in Berlin-Dahlem. Mimaps aims to bundle and connect qualified mental health referral points across Germany on an accessible platform.
Required Qualifications
- Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsökonomie, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Hochschulabschluss unmittelbar bevorstehend oder nicht länger als 5 Jahre zurückliegend
- Kein aktives Beschäftigungsverhältnis oder paralleles Stipendium
- Keine entgeltliche Nebentätigkeit von mehr als 20 Stunden / Monat
- Kein vorheriges EXIST-Gründungsstipendium
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrungen in Finanzplanung, Controlling, idealerweise auch Vorerfahrung mit Förderanträgen oder Projektbudgets
- Freude an Gesprächen, z.B. mit Ratsuchenden, Fachkräften und Kooperationspartner:innen
- Bereitschaft, sich in die UX der Plattform einzuarbeiten und User-Feedback einzuholen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Interesse am deutschen Gesundheitswesen (v.a. psychische Gesundheit) oder ernste Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten
