Job Summary
Field-driven Business Development Executive role focused on driving merchant acquisition, engagement, and growth across a multi-city Indian territory. Manages merchant relationships, drives adoption of digital business solutions, and achieves sales targets through regular market visits, account management, and proactive problem solving. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and ability to engage with business owners and decision-makers; travel across assigned territories is expected. Background in Telecom, SaaS, Banking, FMCG distribution, or similar industries is highly preferred; 3–4 years of proven B2B field sales experience and a graduate degree are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of proven field sales experience in B2B environments
- Strong experience working with retail merchants, general trade businesses, or channel-driven sales models
- Graduate degree preferred, with strong analytical and business acumen
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
