Job Summary
Business Development Manager in Hyderabad responsible for B2B/corporate hunting of new accounts, driving growth, and securing CAPEX contracts in corporate/enterprise key strategic accounts for DYSON (Hand Dryer), FIMAP & LINDHAUS. Lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals with decision-makers; prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and demos; negotiate contracts and pricing; monitor market dynamics and provide regular sales insights and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, marketing) to align strategies and deliver facility automation solutions; travel as required. Travel readiness and strong networking/communication skills are essential to engage clients, negotiate terms, and expand the customer base.
Required Qualifications
- High degree of technical competency in product and quality evaluation and facility automation standards
- Hands-on knowledge of all technical aspects of facility automation
- Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
