Job Summary

Drive nationwide revenue growth as a proactive Business Development Executive, leveraging high-volume outbound prospecting, needs assessments, tailored proposals, and strong relationship-building to sell VTG’s full IT solutions. Responsibilities include consistent outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn), converting cold outreach into discovery meetings, identifying and qualifying opportunities to meet pipeline targets, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating and closing deals, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with marketing, engineering, and support teams. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, act as a trusted advisor on IT solutions (Managed Services, IT Staff Augmentation, Professional Services), forecast and report on pipeline, and share best practices with the sales team. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in a similar role (new logo acquisition for MSP/cybersecurity/IT consulting), high activity selling, strong IT services knowledge, consultative selling experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce). Required Qualifications
