Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for maximizing revenue by recruiting new agents and supporting existing agent locations. Key responsibilities include generating leads, evaluating business positions, implementing agent training, maintaining strong communication with agents, and monitoring competitors' rates. Candidates should have 2-3 years of outside sales experience and excellent negotiation, time management, and communication skills. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and 80% travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in outside sales in the industry
- Self-starter with excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proven negotiation and sales closing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated presentation abilities
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
