Job Summary
Business Development Executive / Outside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX territory responsible for recruiting agent locations, generating leads, converting prospects to new business, supporting agent applications, maintaining high service quality, and driving revenue across the full line of Viamericas services. Role requires constant agent communication, travel up to 80%, training and supporting agents, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining competitive knowledge. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish may be required), have 2-3 years of outside sales experience, strong negotiation and relationship management skills, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, vacation, holidays, 401k with match, parental leave, and EAP.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in outside sales in the industry preferred
- Bilingual – English and Spanish may be required
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record is mandatory
- Proven negotiation, sales closing experience, and relationship management skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred
