Business Development Executive (Upwork)

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets of $5k-$7k by responding to RFIs and RFPs. Develop working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings to identify upsell opportunities, while researching and identifying prospects across B2B and B2C platforms. Update the customer database daily using internal CRM and track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to provide regular reports to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project cycle and follow established SOPs. This role requires a strong grasp of technical concepts to propose solutions for UI/UX, website, and app development projects. The position operates on a night shift from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday to Friday, in Karachi.
