Job Summary
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships; build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and distributors; present promotional product solutions aligned with client branding and events; collaborate with internal teams to deliver client programs; prepare proposals, pricing, and sales contracts; manage the sales pipeline and CRM records; attend industry trade shows and client meetings; monitor market trends and competitive activity; achieve and exceed sales goals; provide exceptional account support throughout the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of business development, outside sales, or problem‐resolution customer‐facing experience
- Experience in the promotional products, branded merchandise, print, marketing, or advertising industry preferred
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self‐motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset
