Job Summary

Identify target accounts, build pipeline, develop local partnerships, attend industry events, and negotiate pricing to close new business in the Southwest Territory. Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and operations to deliver a strong customer experience while growing revenue and strengthening the company's presence across Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. Leverage direct packaging sales experience to uncover customer pain points and solve supply chain challenges through consultative selling and outbound prospecting. This field-based role offers uncapped earnings potential for a proven packaging professional committed to market expansion within a stable, service-driven organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Direct packaging sales experience
  • Strong background in business development, territory growth, new customer acquisition, and outbound prospecting
  • Experience in industrial packaging, flexible packaging, food and beverage packaging, Pharma/Nutra packaging, packaging distribution, or closely adjacent packaging categories
  • Ability to build a territory independently without relying on inherited accounts
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer pain points, solve service or supply chain problems, and communicate business value
  • Experience with vendor management, pricing conversations, fulfillment, stocking, logistics, or value-added packaging services
  • Comfortable selling in the field, managing a large territory, attending customer meetings, and representing the company at industry events

Desired Qualifications

  • Existing customer, vendor, or industry relationships in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, or the broader Southwest market
