Job Summary
Lead adoption of the Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) System across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region, developing and implementing targeted sales strategies, engaging hospital budget holders and executives, and creating/ delivering workshops, proposals, and contracts to drive clinical and economic value. Partner with internal teams to manage the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to close—identify market opportunities, provide accurate sales forecasts, and support hospitals in integrating the system. Maintain deep technical knowledge, build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital leadership, travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and conduct demonstrations and presentations to secure significant contracts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 8 years relevant experience in sales or healthcare/medical devices is implied by description
