Job Summary
Lead the adoption of the Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) System across the Australia and New Zealand region by building partnerships with hospitals, influencing procurement and executive stakeholders, and guiding long sales cycles from prospecting to close. Develop and deliver business cases, total cost of ownership analyses, and contracts; conduct workshops and demonstrations; coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, and Customer Education teams; identify market opportunities and forecast demand; maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital leadership to drive adoption and repeat business. Requires a high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience; willingness to travel regularly across NSW/QLD/New Zealand (25-50%); strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; travel and field-driven responsibilities are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with 8 years relevant experience
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, purchasing processes & IT infrastructure
- Experience navigating long sales cycles, securing budget approvals, and working with hospital procurement, finance, and executive teams
