Job Summary
Manage regional current customers by understanding their queries and addressing escalations to suggest product amendments. Proactively generate local leads and follow up with hot and warm opportunities to convert them into business, while continuously planning up-sales with existing clients. Develop effective working relationships through regular meetings to identify further sales opportunities and collaborate with marketing to support the sales strategy. Conduct planned travel throughout the region to understand local requirements and suggest better business operations planning. This remote dayshift role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in B2B sales with hospitality tech experience, and proficiency in CRM tools. Candidates must have their own laptop and vehicle for field assignments and receive a gas allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years' experience in B2B sales
- 1 year in sales and hospitality technology
- Experience in the end-to-end sales/marketing cycle, including deal closing
- Demonstrated success in sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must have own laptop
- Must have their own vehicle for attending meetings and field assignments
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience, particularly in hospitality tech or SaaS sales, with a passion for driving revenue growth
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction
- Skilled in identifying qualified leads, cold calling, and converting opportunities into business growth
- Professional verbal and written communication in English and regional languages, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools to ensure accurate activity tracking and reporting
- Adept at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and achieving sales targets efficiently
