Job Summary
Business Development Executive – Outdoor sales role based in Kuantan, Pahang. Responsible for driving revenue through prospect generation, market intelligence, consultative selling, and on-site client visits to assess needs and present tailored solutions. Manages proposals and service agreements, coordinates with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance, and supports ad-hoc projects. Requires proven B2C/B2B sales experience, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and mobility for client visits; driver’s license and own transport are required. Attractive commissions, car allowance, and comprehensive benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales or outdoor sales
- Experience in service industries such as pest control or hygiene is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly agile, resilient, and able to conduct on-site client premises inspections
- Tech-savvy with ability to use modern systems and mobile sales tools to track KPIs
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for frequent client visits in outstations
