Business Development Executive

Pitch Executive role in Germany within Norton Rose Fulbright's Marketing & Business Development team. Lead and project-manage transactional and strategic pitches from kickoff to submission, coordinating contributors and ensuring timely, on-brand submissions. Develop high-quality materials and templates for bids and presentations to convey NRF positioning, experience, and sales messages to clients and targets. Build and maintain a library of pitch materials, act as an ambassador for pitch best practices, analyze win/loss data to improve success rates, and stay aligned with global/local MBD tools to strengthen proposals. Requires fluent German and English, excellent drafting and proofreading, strong MS Office and AI tool proficiency, and a proven track record in BD/pitches or proposals at senior levels. The role emphasizes collaboration with lawyers, cross-functional teams, and an ability to manage multiple pitches simultaneously, with a flexible work model allowing remote collaboration alongside office work across four German offices (Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf).
