Job Summary
Business Development Executive (NDT/M&C) with SGS, a world-leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company. Responsible for developing new business, generating sales opportunities, managing key accounts, and meeting revenue targets in the designated market/region. Creates sales and marketing plans, conducts market analysis, identifies opportunities, prepares proposals and tenders, maintains client relationships, coordinates pricing and invoicing, supports marketing campaigns, and ensures QHSEE compliance. Requires engineering or business degree and 5+ years in sales/business development; strong interpersonal and presentation skills; proficiency with cost worksheets, proposals, CRM (Salesforce), and English/Filipino communication; willingness to travel as needed; hybrid work arrangement in Makati City, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, petroleum, or industrial), or business-related degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales and/or business development
- Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and verbal)
