Job Summary
Business Development Executive responsible for expanding Mercer’s mid-market client base within a designated territory, focusing on Total Rewards products and services. Drive prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity development through email, phone, and in-person visits; collaborate with Sales Professionals to educate clients on workforce solutions beyond Total Rewards offerings; build and maintain client relationships to maximize lifetime revenue; participate in proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals. 1–3 years of sales experience in HR solutions or related fields preferred; strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to close independently in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office in Morristown, NJ.
