Job Summary
Business Development Executive in Boise, ID responsible for selling MicroTech Systems services to new clients, finding and closing new business, and performing cold calls in addition to following up on leads from marketing activities. Responsibilities include acquiring and maintaining a network of sources, identifying client needs, aligning value propositions, responding to issues in the sales cycle, and maintaining daily activity reports. Preferred Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience; proficiency with CRM and strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a Sales related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of similar sales experience is preferred
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
- Proven organizational skills and demonstrable attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hard working, self-motivated and results oriented
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Ability to function well in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance
- Aptitude for technical sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle for traveling to prospecting / client appointments
