Job Summary
Identify, engage, and cultivate prospective partner relationships within key sectors, specifically targeting the Scandinavian market. Engage with key decision makers to build strategic partnerships and proactively manage the end-to-end sales cycle to progress a pipeline of new opportunities. Support partners with products and services while liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance partnership opportunities and business retention, maintaining consistent daily activity and CRM integrity to meet key business metrics. Fluent in Scandinavian languages, English, and Spanish, you will position Currencies Direct as a money transfer solution for diverse businesses. Required Qualifications
- Successful track record identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships
- The ability to identify pain points and position Currencies Direct as a Money transfer solution for a wide variety of businesses and use cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
- Ability to problem-solve, confident in handling objections and providing solution-based outcomes
- Self-motivated, resilient and with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Fluent in both Scandinavian language(s), English & Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Industry experience in wealth management or financial services, SaaS, property or other professional sectors including accounting or legal
- Previous experience of working in the Real Estate, Legal, Wealth Management or Notary sectors
