Own the full new-business sales cycle in Malaysia, focusing on employer acquisition across key non-executive hiring sectors. Build a strong pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits, while also converting warm inbound leads. Conduct discovery calls and product demos, solve employer hiring pain points, and negotiate commercial agreements for job postings and featured products. Ensure a seamless transition for new employers by onboarding them onto the platform before handing them over to the customer success team. Maintain precise deal records in the CRM and provide weekly sales forecasts. Represent FastJobs at local HR events, trade shows, and forums, while feeding market insights back to the product and marketing teams.
