Job Summary
Develop and execute franchise expansion strategy for B2B cargo & LTL; Acquire and onboard franchise partners (transporters, communities, aggregators); Design and manage partner commercial models (wholesale vs commission); Identify and remove pricing & non-pricing blockers to franchise growth; Work with Sales & Ops to ensure BAU readiness for franchise rollout; Manage partner performance, incentives, and retention; Gather market feedback and translate into commercial & operational improvements; Support regional reporting and growth planning.
