Responsibilities include establishing channels of communication with clients, differentiating needs across target markets, addressing service requests, preparing timely sales pipeline reports, managing booking and revenue goals, staying informed about the industry and competitors, and delivering exceptional service. Required skills include selling intangible services/solutions, English proficiency, proactive client growth, Salesforce knowledge, and strong MS Office/Google Workspace capabilities.
