Job Summary

Drive growth for Unispace’s eastern European region by proactively engaging prospective clients, generating opportunities, and securing meetings for senior sales leaders. Lead outreach through cold calling and email engagement; qualify and nurture opportunities; collaborate with regional/global teams to refine client strategies; track leads, appointments, and conversions; contribute to market insights, trend identification, and pipeline optimization; uphold Unispace’s brand values and an inclusive partnership approach. Demonstrated ability to build a strong network across the region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and to manage a high-quality sales pipeline with measurable targets; fluency in German and strong English proficiency are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years in client-facing or business development, ideally in B2B or professional services
  • proven success in lead generation and appointment setting via cold calling, email outreach, networking
  • strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with ability to articulate value propositions
  • data-driven, with familiarity in CRM systems and pipeline management
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and track progress
  • fluency in German and strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
