Job Summary
Proactive Business Development Executive to grow a referral-partner network (estate agents and mortgage brokers) by acquiring and onboarding partners, managing an active pipeline in HubSpot, conducting sales calls and occasional in-person visits, negotiating commercial agreements, delivering onboarding and training, and driving sustainable revenue through partner referrals and relationships. Responsible for onboarding new partners, capturing key data in CRM, maintaining pipeline visibility, driving quote conversions, ensuring partner satisfaction (NPS) and achieving monthly targets for quotes and revenue, while coordinating with marketing and senior leadership on partner insights.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management (property, fintech, legal services or mortgage industry preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of hitting commercial KPIs
- Proven experience building long-term partner relationships with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised pipeline manager with CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
