Job Summary
Business Development Executive for a web development company focused on new client acquisition. You will identify and pursue local and regional opportunities, prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships, and build/manage your own pipeline from first contact to close. You’ll meet with potential clients to understand their business needs and present and sell web development solutions (websites, redesigns, ongoing services), then close deals and transition clients to the development team. Success metrics include consistently building a healthy pipeline, closing new deals regularly, generating meaningful revenue growth, and developing a book of clients that yields repeat/referral opportunities. Compensation includes a $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of $90,000+ and potential equity for high performers. The role requires outbound sales, relationship-building from scratch, self-motivation, and resilience; preferred experience includes B2B sales, selling services or digital/web solutions, and an existing network.
