Job Summary
Business Development Executive role focused on strategic, high-value sales within mid-to-large business segments. Own end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and close, manage complex, multi-product solutions, and shape pipeline strategy across industry verticals. Lead complex deal negotiations, partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to influence outbound campaigns and customer messaging, and represent the voice of the customer to inform product and process improvements. Use data to drive sales velocity, territory strategy, and key commercial levers; coach and mentor rising talent and track performance in CRM to ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting. Requires 4+ years of B2B outbound sales, experience closing high-value deals, Salesforce proficiency, and familiarity with strategic sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN). Remote/hybrid hybrid work in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with a focus on larger, strategic customers and long-term growth.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B outbound sales experience

- CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred)
