Business Development Executive, China Business and Special Projects

Job Summary
Drive business development for the China market and provide day-to-day administrative support for the team. Lead outbound sales outreach and pitch media/advertising solutions to meet revenue targets; design high-impact presentations and prepare proposals, quotes, and RFP/tender responses for complex cross-border deals; coordinate projects and partnerships as the main contact for external Chinese partners and internal global teams; maintain Salesforce-based sales pipeline, generate market reports, and manage client onboarding/contractual documentation in compliance; provide operational support for Sunday magazine PostMag and team administration; require fluency in English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Corporate Partnerships, or Ad Sales Support
