Job Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will drive revenue growth in the Aerospace & Defense segment by identifying new customers and expanding existing business. Responsibilities include generating business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with internal departments, and analyzing market trends. The BDE will engage with customers to provide solutions, manage quotations, monitor project progress, and utilize Salesforce for tracking opportunities. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a technical selling role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Ability to travel as needed, including international

- Master's degree preferred
