Job Summary
Drive business growth and develop sales opportunities for Alfa Laval's Heat Exchanger and Industrial Flow solutions within targeted industrial segments. Manage and develop a network of commercial representatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market strategies. Identify, develop, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including integrators, OEMs, EPC companies, distributors, and engineering firms. Provide technical and commercial support to customers and partners, promoting Alfa Laval's solutions and value proposition. Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence through strategic account management and market development activities. Collaborate with internal teams to identify customer needs and propose optimal technical solutions. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to support business planning and growth initiatives. Contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets. Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and industry events to strengthen Alfa Laval's position in the market.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Heat Exchangers and/or Industrial Flow solutions
- Solid technical and commercial experience in industrial environments
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing commercial representatives and sales channels
- Strong track record of business development with integrators, OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and engineering companies
- Experience in complex technical sales, account management, and customer relationship development
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive sustainable business growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Good command of English
